South Point, OHIO Empowerment Zone MapSouth Point, Ohio Empowerment Zone 504 Acres In a unique and successful partnership, the cities of Huntington, WV and Ironton, Ohio developed a comprehensive plan to address the economic, human development, physical and environmental needs of their communities. The Empowerment Zone designation empowers these communities to stimulate and support economic and community development in creative and effective ways.
